The Taproom

Our Taproom is a true celebration of that greatest Irish institution, the pub. Traditional Irish pub fare made with the best ingredients is served alongside tavern-inspired cocktails, bottled punch, pints of plain and our famed Irish Coffee. Every Sunday we host a live Irish seisiún with which to end the week. Whiskey lovers - rejoice. Our back bar will leave you spoilt for choice. So, pull up a pew, what’ll it be?

Long ago, the Parlor was Downtown Manhattan’s best-kept secret. Now it’s known around the world. Whether you’re after strong and stirred, light and tall or something in between, this is the place. The Parlor offers a menu of 16 cocktails made with house-made ingredients and innovative techniques with table service throughout - there’s no standing here. And as The Dead Rabbit expands throughout America, The Parlor remains a feature of one outpost only - 30 Water Street. New York born, bred, shaken & stirred.

the GREEN ROOM
A LOVE lETTER TO IRISH MUSIC.
Our Green Room used to be just that - a rehearsal space for musicians used to warm up before their Taproom gigs. Now, it’s a walk-in-only bar, with artwork and photography paying tribute to traditional sessions in small-town pubs, buskers on city streets, emerging artists honing their trade, and globally recognized Irish talent. Guinness, Whiskey, and music - three of the Emerald Isle’s greatest exports.
